Three Eras
Three Eras is a dark comedy that unfolds throughout three periods in time: the era of the caveman, the era of the old west, and the modern era (as an homage to the structure of Buster Keaton’s 1923 film Three Ages). Taking a look at people's role in history and the evolution of governance, it unveils (self) governance through the actions of a group of characters trying to achieve their individual goals, set in the realm of real estate. The era of the caveman follows Buster, a small caveman with little to no muscle, as he tries to provide for himself and his cave companion. The era of the old west examines a school teacher, Jeff and his pupil as he tries to climb the rungs of society in a small western town. The modern era follows three entitled influencers, Jared, Eric, and Sal as they claw and bicker their way to more wealth.
